Measure your head

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head about 2 cm above your eyebrows, over the widest part at the back. Take the largest measurement in centimetres.

Sizes vary between brands and models, so check the chart on each helmet’s page. Between two sizes? Try the smaller one first.

Check the fit

  • The helmet sits level, with the top of the eye port just above your eyebrows.
  • The cheek pads press lightly against your cheeks.
  • With the strap fastened, the helmet does not roll forward or back when you push it.
  • No pressure points after ten minutes of wear.
