Measure your head
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head about 2 cm above your eyebrows, over the widest part at the back. Take the largest measurement in centimetres.

Check the fit
- The helmet sits level, with the top of the eye port just above your eyebrows.
- The cheek pads press lightly against your cheeks.
- With the strap fastened, the helmet does not roll forward or back when you push it.
- No pressure points after ten minutes of wear.
